Tondi apartment is located in a two-storey wooden building, originally in very poor condition. The new owners' desire to transform this space into their home set a clear goal; accommodate the living space for two in a 45 m2 area. Everything necessary for life would be available, but not stand out.

This meant altering the existing plan, restoring closed-off windows and carefully designing each square meter to let light and functionality of the space flow.

Completed with a very strict budget, the selection of finishing materials, fittings, lighting and furniture required a fine balance between affordability and style suitability.
